For more than 15 years, we are specialized in trenchless large diameter steel water pipe rehabilitation with diameters ranging from 900mm to 3,000 mm. Our patented pipe rehab technology features removal of film coated on pipe interior surface and steel pipe lining. This unique innovative system has self driving convex disc cutters repeating normal and counterturning to remove epoxy, coal tar, or other film coated on pipe internal surface. After removing foreign substance, self rotating biters with artificial diamond tips scratch and roughen the surface to ensure the sprayed-on epoxy coating. This pipe lining system enables its self driving nozzle body to turn right and left and to tilt up and down. Its automatic airless sprayers with pressure regulating spray gun ensure the even coating of epoxy or poly urea on the internal pipe surface.
