Akukon Ltd. is a Finnish company with its main office in Helsinki. Remote offices are in Oulu, Tampere and Turku. Since 2003 Akukon has a branch established in Tallinn, Estonia. Akukon Ltd. was founded 1994 by Henrik Möller and Tapio Lahti as a consulting company for technical acoustics and noise control. Services for audiovisual design and theatre technics were added in 2004. Since then the company has expanded permanently and the number of staff at the present time is 31, of whom 29 are working as consultants. Akukon Ltd. is an independent consulting company, which is owned exclusively by people, which are employed in the company.
